Executive Global Network is a leading Executive Peer-Group Organisation for senior business leaders (Chief Executives, Managing Directors, Functional Directors) with over 14,000 members worldwide. EGN and Cass Alumni Relations are pleased to be hosting a second speaker day on 21st April. Members of EGN, Cass Alumni, Executive MBA students and guests will participate in an interactive workshop entitled “The Power of Positive Leadership”. Marcus Child will again lead the workshop specifically describing:
- What leaders do personally to maintain engagement and drive change
- How leaders transmit information
- The drivers of motivation and the power of positive language
- Why bold goal setting works and how to exceed expectations
- Techniques to maintain a leaders own motivation
The discussion will be based around real case studies related to the delivery of improved business results.
