Booking for Events Terms and Conditions

Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is limited. For certain events, a non-refundable Registration Fee of £35 per person must be made at the time of booking to secure your place/that of your guest where applicable. Further bookable events must also be booked in advance, paid or free. Alumni are not able to pay/register on the day of the event, and must therefore be paid/subscribed to in advance. VAT receipts for payments will only be sent on request.

Registration will close on the day of the event or when the event(s) are sold out, whichever is sooner.

If you are travelling, please ensure that you have been registered for this event before booking flights and accommodation. If preferential rates at the hotel under the event's group booking are available we will send you details in the confirmation email.

We strongly recommend you print your confirmation email or save it for your records.

Refunds and cancellations 

Ticket payments are non-refundable.

Waiting list and sold out events

When the event is fully booked it will be possible to add your name to a waiting list by contacting the Alumni Office. If tickets become available they will be allocated to those on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email cass-alumni@city.ac.uk to be added to the waiting list for this event.

Photography

Photographs taken at events may be included in future publications or on the City University London website. If you do not wish to be included in any of these images, please opt out by contacting the Alumni Office.
