Description

The BGS London Alumni Chapter welcomes you to join our 2016 event, Marketing Strategy – Mobility and FinTech, in collaboration with CASS Business School. It will take place on the 17th November 2016 from 6.30pm at CASS Business School,Bunhill Row. There will be two speakers who will introduce the challenges and prospects of marketing in Mobility and FinTech. A networking reception with light refreshments will take place following the presentations

 

The Speakers

Mark Preston

Team Principal at TECHEETAHBio: Formula E Racing TeamAfter a career in Formula One in teams such as McLaren and Arrows Grand Prix, Mark moved into Formula E, which is the culmination of a strategy focused on how mega-trends come together to create a new vision for future mobility, namely light weighting, electrification, collaborative consumption in the near future, adding an autonomy layer which will result in autonomous race cars: Roborace. Expertise, vision and a passion to succeed have led Mark to develop a rare blend of business acumen, management and engineering which delivers results. After starting a Formula One Team, Super Aguri, in 100days (and now in Formula E), his career has recently focused on industries that are seeing disruptive change through a number of start-ups in carbon fiber composites, tidal energy turbines and electric motor technologies. Mark has an MBA from the Saïd Business School, of the University of Oxford.

Victoria Rusnac

Marketing Leader at IntuitBio: With over 10 years of marketing experience in FMCG, Telecom, FinTech and tech start-ups, Victoria’s expertise lies in integrated marketing strategies, branding, advertising, product management, digital marketing, consumer empathy and business model innovation. Victoria has worked with various global brands, such as KitKat, Nesquik, Orange, EE and now QuickBooks. At EE, Victoria was in charge of launching a digital-focused “EE pay as you go” brand from the scratch. Victoria dedicates her free time to start-ups as a marketing strategist at the London Venture Factory, and as a mentor at Virgin StartUp. She is also a speaker at marketing conferences/events. Victoria has an Executive MBA from the London Business School.
