Winning in hyper-competition. Strategy, innovation and performance lessons from Formula 1

What can managers and business students learn from a hypercompetitive environment such as Formula 1? Formula 1 represents the cutting edge of the automotive industry, and its fast and fierce competitive environment is the perfect setting to derive managerial policies for other hyper-competitive industries. Accordingly, this masterclass aims at discussing and understanding how racing can provide timely lessons not only to people working in motorsport, but also to managers and business students engaged in other fields.

You can start networking with your fellow alumni online by joining our Germany Alumni - Cass Business School & City, University of London LinkedIn group. We hope that you will join us for an evening of networking and reminiscence of your time at the University.
