City University London and Sir John Cass Business School are pleased to invite all alumni to a masterclass and panel debate presented by Anna Faelten, Deputy Director, M&A Research Centre, in Stockholm. The event will provide an opportunity for City and Cass Business School alumni to meet fellow alumni and prospective students, as well as experience the sort of teaching current students enjoy on the Cass Business School MSc programmes taught in London.

About the Speaker: Anna Faelten

Anna Faelten returns to her native Scandinavia to deliver this highly topical Masterclass which will give you an insight of the type of lectures our MSc students receive with us in London.

In addition to teaching a course on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) at Cass Business School, Anna Faelten is the Deputy Director of the M&A Research Centre (MARC). She was previously the Editor of Deal Monitor, a corporate finance publication focusing on the AIM and PLUS markets in London. As the Deputy Director of MARC, Anna is Head of Research and consults for both corporate companies and policymakers on the topic of M&A. She also frequently speaks about M&A in the press (e.g. the Financial Times, eFinancial News and the BBC).

Anna is originally from Sweden, holds a first class BSc Honours degree from City University and is a recent MBA graduate (with distinction) from Cass Business School. As part of her final year MBA thesis, she consulted the UK Government's Department for Business, Innovation and Skills on the economic impact of M&A in the UK.
