Breakfast Event: 'The Future of Work', in association with CogX Festival

Bayes Business School is sponsoring this year's CogX Festival, The Festival of Inspiration, Impact and Transformational Change taking place at the O2 from 12 to 14 September 2023.

In tandem with the festival, we will be hosting a special Breakfast Event for alumni and valued contacts on the morning of Wednesday 13 September at Pedler, Canary Wharf.

Following a delicious breakfast, Professor Costas Andriopoulos, Professor of Management and Associate Dean, MBA Programmes at Bayes, and Adam Kingl, renowned expert in innovating management practice and strategy, will be speaking on the topic 'The Future of Work'. After this there will be further opportunity for networking over tea and coffee, before attendees head to work, or on to the CogX Festival.

Speaker Profiles

Professor Costas Andriopoulos is the Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Bayes (formerly known as Cass) Business School, City, University of London, and author of Purposeful Curiosity: How asking the right questions will change your life (Hachette, 2022 and Yellow Kite Books, 2023). At Bayes, he is the Associate Dean for MBA programmes and leads MSc, MBA, and Executive Education courses, encouraging learners to find solutions to big problems and take journeys into the unknown by starting new ventures or developing new products in large organizations. He also heads Bayes X (Research Center for Innovation and Disruption), one of the leading scholarly centers focusing on disruptive innovation. Costas is also the Director of Avyssos Advisors Ltd., a management consultancy that helps organizations disrupt their industries. 

 

 

Adam Kingl is a globally renowned expert in innovating management practice and strategy, and leading the modern workforce. He is an authority on generational paradigms in the workplace, the future of work and capitalism, and fulfilling organisational and personal purpose.

Adam currently leads and develops executive education at prestigious institutions such as London Business School, Hult International Business School, Imperial College Business School, Moller Institute-Churchill College-University of Cambridge and the UCL School of Management, where he helps boost the careers and businesses of senior executives, and high potential professionals.
