The Department of Psychology and the Alumni Relations Team at City, University of London are delighted to invite all MSc Organisational Psychology alumni to an informal networking drinks on Thursday 29th November, followed by short talks by previous students. This event will be a great opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni from the profession and meet current students. The evening will (of course) involve the MSc OP tradition of wine and nibbles.
Refreshments and nibbles will be provided throughout the evening. You are very welcome to bring a guest but please add their details when registering below.
Speakers
Starting from scratch
Craig Tindall (MSc Organisational Psychology, 2011) is a Global Director of Organisational Behaviour at Kantar. Craig will share experiences of working in two global organisations – one with 6,000 employees another with 30,000 employees- where he built organisational behaviour teams from scratch. This will include examples of work from many City Alumni along the way and a the new ‘people lab’ that he has just launched.
From Starting off to starting a Start-up
Suchi Pathak (MSc Organisational Psychology, 2006) is a Founder and the Chief Psychologist at Aptology, a Behavioural Analytics start-up that uses psychometrics data, data science and a SaaS platform. She will talk about the lessons she learnt along the way from being a geek to being out-geeked in Silicon Valley!
