The Organisational Psychology Group and the Alumni Relations Team at City, University of London are delighted to invite all MSc Organisational Psychology alumni to a networking event on Thursday 12th July, which will be followed by a presentation. This event will be a great opportunity to network and reconnect with other alumni from the profession. The evening will (of course) involve the MSc OP tradition of wine and nibbles.
Registration and networking will start from 17:00 onwards. Refreshments will be provided throughout the evening and you are very welcome to bring a guest but please add their details when registering.
Speakers
Lisa Cox - Lead Consultant at Talent Collective
Lisa has worked as a consultant at Assessment and Selection consultancy, Cubiks, and more recently, Talent Collective. Lisa’s consulting experience includes designing competency frameworks and bespoke psychometric tools and designing and delivering assessments for selection, promotion and development for all levels from Apprentice to Executive.
Kat Bowles - Global Director of People and Talent
Kat has worked in HR and Recruitment for 8 years, mostly in the technology industry and startups. Passionate about building inclusive environments in the technology industry, Kat conducted research on women in IT for her MSc dissertation, which applies every day to her work.
