Description

Hosted by Rehan Pathan (MBA, 2010), Founding President of the MENA Alumni Chapter Board, this virtual event will feature an interview with esteemed speaker and certified professional coach, Ghassan Abughazaleh (Executive MBA, 2013) on how to cope and achieve resilience and success in the 'new normal'. The conversation will be moderated by Sarah Taylor (BSc Psychology, 1993), Member of the MENA Alumni Board and will be followed by a Q&A where you will be invited to pose your own questions and share your views. This event will give you an excellent opportunity to reconnect virtually with fellow alumni in the region, find out more about the latest news about the Dubai Centre and engage in an expert talk about resilience and success.

Ghassan Abughazaleh

Ghassan is a Certified Professional Coach focused on both Executive Leadership and Personal Development with life-changing personal experiences and a diverse business acumen that stems from 30+ years of working for a variety of organisations (especially with the people within them) in the fields of marketing, advertising, trading, manufacturing, finance, and logistics - with an extensive background in transforming and developing them. He has an EMBA from the Business School (formerly Cass) of City, University of London. His areas of expertise include Corporate & Business Strategy, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour and Change Management. Additionally, he is an adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology of Dubai (a satellite university of RIT, New York); on its Management Dept. Advisory Board; a part-time Facilitator at PwC’s Academy Middle East where he facilitated and delivered Leadership Development programs; currently the CEO of Storall LLC; an internal consultant of its holding company (A&H Al Ghurair Investment group); and a board member in some companies within the MENA region.
