City University London would like to invite you to our alumni event that will be a great opportunity for you to network and reconnect with other alumni and the night will (of course) involve the MSc OP tradition of wine and nibbles.
Registration and networking will start from 5pm onwards. We are delighted to welcome the Work Psychology Group - many of you will remember Professor Fiona Patterson and Dr. Maire Kerrin - who will be giving talks from 6.30pm.

Work Psychology Group
Work Psychology Group (WPG) was founded 10 years ago by Professor Fiona Patterson and Dr Máire Kerrin. WPG are an independent consultancy organisation that engages with organisations at a strategic level to translate the very latest research into innovative, effective and sustainable client solutions. The principle areas of business activity are services relating to selection and assessment, innovation, development, and evaluation.
Prior to setting up WPG, Fiona and Máire both worked at City University. Fiona set up and led the Organisational Psychology Research Group and Máire was Course Director for the MSc Organisational Psychology. Whilst at City and since leaving, much has happened in growing an organisational psychology company with 20 employees! Fiona and Máire are delighted to be back at City to share their reflections on 10 years, past, present and future perspectives on OP. They will showcase a couple of examples of work recently conducted that they believe illustrates the application of their organisational mission to translate robust evidence based research into practice, that has impact. They look forward to seeing past students, colleagues and collaborators from City University that they have worked with in last 10 years.
